Edamame is a friendly and bustling setting in Oxford's city centre serving delicious and truly authentic home cooked style Japanese food & sushi at low prices in a cosy atmosphere. We aim to introduce you to eating out Japanese-style !

Our signature dish edamame "eh-dah-mah-meh" are baby soy beans. Why not try some as a starter while we prepare your other selections. Just pop them out of their salted pods and sample their succulent and addictive flavour. We are sure you will enjoy them !

Instead of offering one large menu we rotate
three different smaller menus through the week,
to ensure ingredients and preparation are as fresh as possible :

our lunch menu - everyday except Monday and Tuesday,
our sushi night menu - Thurs early evenings only,
and our evening menu - Fri and Sat early evenings only.

We receive small daily deliveries of fresh fish and meat,
which may regrettably result in some items occasionally selling out.

Takeouts for collection are available from all three menus.
